IT Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst with over two years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our IT capabilities and business objectives, ensuring that technological solutions meet organizational needs effectively. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business processes, and implementing IT solutions to drive efficiency and growth.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications.​Interview Guy
• Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend IT solutions to enhance efficiency.​
• Solution Implementation: Collaborate with IT developers and project managers to design, test, and implement technology solutions that align with business goals.​
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess system performance and generate insights that inform decision-making.​
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the IT department and other business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical solutions.​
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, including business cases, functional requirements, and user guides.​
• Quality Assurance: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet specified requirements.​

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.​
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related role within the IT sector.​
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective IT solutions.​
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.​
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall. ​SalaryBand
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated aptitude for identifying issues and implementing strategic solutions.​
• Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.​
• Tools and Technologies: Proficiency in data analysis tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.​

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) are advantageous.​Interview Guy

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
