IT Business Analyst

Overview

 Analyzing business requirements.
 Increasing the client retention rate in the organization to help increase revenue
 Design the initial flow diagram and wireframe models
 Handle escalations
 Maintain a proper communication channel between the client and the development team
 Share daily/weekly/monthly reports with the stakeholders
 User acceptance testing as and when needed
 Experience with tools like Jira, Power BI, Balsamiq, Asana, Figma & Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
