IT Business Analyst

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that align with business objectives.
• Work with IT teams to design and propose technology solutions that meet business needs, ensuring that they are feasible, scalable, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Create clear and detailed functional and technical specifications, use cases, and process flows.
• Assist in project planning, manage change requests, and support the implementation of IT solutions.
• Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the IT team, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in testing phases to ensure that the implemented solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services environment.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques; knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
