Emizentech is a leading IT solutions company delivering cutting-edge technology and digital transformation services to clients worldwide. We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst in Pre-Sales to join our dynamic team in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Prepare detailed proposals, scope documents, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support pre-sales activities.
• Bridge the gap between client requirements and development teams by translating business needs into clear documentation.
• Participate in client meetings, product demos, and discussions to understand and gather project requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams to estimate timelines and costs for proposals.
• Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and wireframes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales or business analysis in the IT domain.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and web/mobile technologies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Client-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with tools like MS Office, Jira, Confluence, Balsamiq, Figma, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
