About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in configuring, installing, and maintaining computer systems, hardware, and software across the organization.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and networking issues faced by internal users.
3. Monitor system performance, network connectivity, and IT infrastructure health to identify and report anomalies.
4. Provide first-level IT support through helpdesk tools, documenting incidents and resolutions clearly.
5. Support routine system updates, patch management, and antivirus checks to maintain security and compliance.
6. Assist in setting up user accounts, access controls, and permissions in Active Directory or similar systems.
7. Help document IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures for knowledge management.
8. Coordinate with vendors or senior IT staff for repair, upgrades, or procurement of IT assets.
9. Participate in basic network administration tasks such as managing routers, switches, and Wi-Fi setups.
10. Contribute to IT audits, inventory tracking, and asset management initiatives.

Other Requirements:
1. Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
3. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac), system installation, and troubleshooting techniques.
4. Exposure to ticketing systems and helpdesk tools is a plus.
5.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a logical approach to technical issues.
6.Good verbal and written communication skills to support user queries effectively.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work under minimal supervision.
8. A quick learner with enthusiasm for new technologies, tools, and IT practices.
