Overview
- To act as the key contact person for School Employees regarding any IT issues
- Smartboard Troubleshooting and Maintenance
- Desktop & Laptop Troubleshooting and Maintenance
- AD Server, LAN & WAN Troubleshooting and Maintenance
- Printing & Imaging Devices Troubleshooting and Maintenance
- PM activity of Desktop, Smartboards, Server & Printers
- Good understanding of Apple IOS devices like MacBook and IPads will be added advantage.
- IT Asset Maintenance and Inventory management
- Break-fix call attending and case evaluations/escalations
- Call login with Vendors -follow-up and Management
- Investigate and fix users issues
- CCTV camera & Bio Metrics device “network” troubleshooting
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS reporting to HO and School
- Co-ordination with HO IT Team for L2 & L3 support and reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
