Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain BI tools including Snowflake, Incorta, Matillion, Tableau, Power BI, Incorta, and Spotfire.
- Provide production support for BI solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data workflows and ETL processes.
- Implement best practices for change management in BI environments.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for BI tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in BI and DevOps.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related field.
- Proven 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on BI solutions.
- Strong expertise in administering and maintaining BI tools: Incorta, Snowflake, Matillion, Tableau, Power BI, Incorta, and Spotfire.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
