IT Executive - Support

Overview

The IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the hospital’s technology systems to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient operations. This role will report directly to the Unit Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology & System Management

• Support and maintain hospital IT infrastructure (networks, servers, hardware, and software).
• Assist in implementing technology solutions such as Electronic Health Records (EHR) and hospital software systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime.

Project Support & Implementation

• Coordinate and support IT-related projects within the unit.
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Work closely with the central IT team for system upgrades and new implementations.

Team & User Support

• Provide technical support to hospital staff for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations in coordination with the unit and central IT team.

Security & Compliance

• Implement security measures (firewalls, data protection, access controls).
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient data security standards.

Problem-Solving

• Troubleshoot IT issues quickly and effectively.
• Suggest practical solutions for improving system performance and reliability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
