Job Title: Senior IT Executive (Hardware & Networking)

Job Overview:

Konnect Diagnostics is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Executive specializing in Hardware and Networking to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the diagnostic center’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, robust networking, and optimal performance of hardware systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and networking equipment, including servers, routers, switches, and diagnostic tools.
• Network Security: Implement and monitor network security protocols to safeguard sensitive diagnostic data and patient information, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting for IT systems, networks, and hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolutions.
• Systems Optimization: Regularly assess and optimize the performance of hardware and network systems, recommending upgrades and improvements as needed.
• Vendor Management: Work with third-party vendors to acquire and maintain hardware and networking tools, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure proper support for software applications used across the organization and provide training to staff when necessary.
• Disaster Recovery & Backup Systems: Develop and maintain disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and quick recovery in case of system failures.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that all IT systems are compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards, particularly in terms of security and patient data management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
