Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to manage and enhance our local and regional IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will contribute to digitalization and Industry 4.0 projects, ensure smooth functioning of IT systems, provide user support, and lead local IT projects. This role requires hands-on expertise in hardware, software, server management, cybersecurity compliance, and familiarity with a range of network and digital tools. A commitment to continuous learning and collaboration in a dynamic work environment is essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Support local/regional in digitalization projects and industry 4. 0 projects
• Troubleshooting of all MS Office all products Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
• Support the implementation of production management systems and be able to apply new technologies to meet the needs of office IT infrastructure.
• Use digital tool to solve problems or provide related support
• Manage local IT Projects, like infrastructure of IT for all branches.
• Support and implement in local global projects developed by the IT department.
• Develop and optimize IT processes to compliant with cyber security
• Enough experiences in Windows and Linux server management, including VM platform (Hyper-V and VMware)
• IT training to local users or employees.
• Design, install, and maintain a company's computer systems.
• They are responsible for testing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking systems to meet the needs of the employer.
• Training staff on newly installed hardware and software systems.
• Ensuring security software is kept up to date. Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
• Familiarity with general OS systems, Enterprise, and Microsoft Office 365 software.
• Knowledge of Sharing Printer server, Configuring Outlook, Port Numbers, Microsoft home and business.
• Knowledge of Cisco Switch, SonicWALL and CISCO Meraki Firewall, BioMetric Machines & attendance, CCTV Cameras.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors in BCA or Diploma in IT, Computers and any other relevant field.
• Excellent command on English language, especially rules of syntax, punctuation, and grammar.
• Readiness for minimum 3 years of commitment.
• Strong technical understanding of Computer system, Hardware and Software.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills to address procurement-related challenges and optimize processes.
• Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
