Job Title: IT Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive (Hardware) to independently handle support requests, system maintenance, and hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to hardware/software support requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform installations, upgrades, and maintenance of systems and peripherals.
• Handle system recovery, reimaging, and remote support.
• Provide guidance on hardware/software upgrades and basic user training.
• Maintain technical documentation and manage IT supplies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Hands-on experience with desktop support and hardware systems.
• Strong understanding of OS, networking, and remote tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
