Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IT Executive to join our team at One Continent, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing all IT infrastructure at the property, ensuring seamless connectivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain internet settings (Wi-Fi routers, LAN, firewalls, guest access).
• Set up and manage electronic door lock systems (installation, programming, and troubleshooting).
• Provide first-level technical support for hotel staff and systems.
• Maintain CCTV, PBX, and other hotel IT systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and backups of hotel data and systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and external IT support when needed.
• Ensure network security and uptime for all systems.
• Document IT processes, configurations, and maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), Wi-Fi setup, and router configuration.
• Familiarity with digital lock systems and hotel automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
