IT Executive

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Assist in managing IT infrastructure and support the daily operations of the department.
• Ensure proper data backup and recovery procedures are in place.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades.
• Monitor network performance and assist with troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Maintain and manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Provide technical support to employees for various IT-related inquiries.
• Ensure adherence to company’s IT security policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for IT solutions and support.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to IT systems and performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Hands-on experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Basic knowledge of database management and server administration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of IT security practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,990.38 - ₹20,000.00 per month
