Overview
Job Responsibilities:-
- Provide technical support for all data center hardware & software systems including call center staff & agents.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of call center equipment, including IP phones and headsets.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and ensure reliable internet access for agents.
- Train call center staff on basic IT procedures and best practices.
- Document and maintain records of IT support requests and solutions.
- Assist in the procurement of IT hardware and software as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies relevant to the call center environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
