- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.
- Provide basic hardware and network troubleshooting to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Oversee hardware maintenance to ensure the longevity and reliability of IT equipment.
- Support end-users by providing application support and resolving software-related issues.
- Conduct regular system administration tasks, including user account management and permissions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies and best practices.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software as required.
- Monitor system performance and security, implementing updates and ensuring data protection.
- Basic hardware and networking skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Proven experience in hardware maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of all IT equipment (Mandatory skill).
- System administration expertise for managing user accounts and handling network permissions (Mandatory skill).
- Strong troubleshooting abilities to identify and fix issues across various software platforms.
- Application support skills to provide user assistance and ensure smooth application functionality.
- Knowledge of software management for installation, updates, and ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
- Familiarity with O365 basic support to assist in the configuration and troubleshooting of Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
