Job Summary

The IT Executive ensures seamless day-to-day operations of all IT systems by providing prompt support for hardware, software, and network issues. This role involves managing system updates, backups, and security compliance, while also handling software installations, user access, and infrastructure maintenance. The IT Executive supports cross-functional teams, maintains accurate IT documentation, and assists with projects, inventory, and employee tech training—driving overall system efficiency and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensure regular updates, backups, and smooth system performance.
• Install, configure, and upgrade software and OS as needed.
• Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure.
• Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Maintain IT documentation and provide regular system performance reports.
• Monitor security measures and ensure policy compliance.
• Responsible for hardware setup, repairs, and maintenance.
• Provide basic IT training and support to employees.
• Assist IT team with projects and inventory management.
