Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware and software troubleshooting, Windows and mail installations, desktop and laptop setups, user policy configurations, and daily IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware Installation & Maintenance:
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Software Installation & Configuration:
• Install and configure Windows operating systems and essential software applications.
• Set up and manage email clients, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
• User Policy Management:
• Configure and enforce user policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Troubleshooting:
• Provide timely support for hardware and software issues reported by users.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical problems.
• Daily IT Operations:
• Monitor system performance and ensure the smooth operation of IT services.
• Perform regular backups and maintain data integrity.
• Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of IT issues and resolutions.
• Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, email systems, and common software applications.
• Strong understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
