IT Executive

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and reliable IT Executive to manage our IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operations across systems, networks, and applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with day-to-day IT support, hardware and software maintenance, and basic Microsoft SQL Server operations, including database backups and restores.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all IT equipment including PCs, printers, servers, and networking devices.
• Perform regular system and database backups; ensure data can be restored when needed.
• Monitor and configure firewalls to ensure secure and reliable network access.
• Install, configure, and update software and operating systems across all systems.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and remote access tools.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Conduct routine system checks and troubleshooting to prevent downtime.
• Perform basic Microsoft SQL Server operations, including scheduled backups and restore procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, networking, and IT hardware.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including backup and restore functionality.
• Understanding of firewall configuration and IT security practices.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
