IT Executive

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, software applications, and network connectivity.
• Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor system performance and ensure systems are operating efficiently.
• Support the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Assist with regular backups and data recovery tasks.
• Work with vendors or third-party service providers when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6 Months –2 years of experience in IT support or similar role (Freshers may apply).
• Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, antivirus, and system tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Not mandatory):

• Experience with ticketing systems or IT helpdesk tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, AWS, Azure).
• Exposure to cybersecurity best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
