Job Title: IT Executive

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated IT Executive to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the hotel’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth functioning of systems, networks, and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain hotel management systems (PMS, POS, accounting, etc.).
• Ensure data security, backups, and antivirus updates.
• Monitor and troubleshoot internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and CCTV systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT-related equipment and services.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Prior experience in the hotel/hospitality industry preferred.
• Knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and hotel software systems.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and provide timely support.
