We organize both fixed departure and tailor-made journeys, enabling travellers to explore the world in custom-fitted 4x4 vehicles as part of a secure, guided convoy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support to a 40–50 member team (laptops, software, internet).
• Manage IT infrastructure – Wi-Fi, networks, firewalls, and security systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops & applications.
• Handle user accounts, email setups, backups, and data security.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware/software procurement and AMC.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support/system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, Google Workspace/MS 365.
• Hands-on experience with antivirus, backup systems, and firewalls.
• Problem solver with excellent communication skills.
