Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure management, and troubleshooting. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations, providing technical support to employees, and maintaining company systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees (hardware, software, and networking issues).
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain company networks, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access control.
• Ensure data security, system backups, and antivirus updates.
• Support implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related issues.
• Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Document IT processes, maintain asset inventory, and track IT service requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in networking (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls).
• Familiarity with cloud services (Office 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
