Overview
· Candidate must have proven experience in a technical support or help desk role.
· Candidate can provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, or in person.
· Candidate can Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
· Candidate can troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, applications, network connectivity, and peripheral devices.
· Candidate can set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords in accordance with security policies.
· Candidate can monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
· Candidate must have strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common IT tools.
· Candidate must have knowledge of LAN wires, RJ45 connector.
· Candidate should have Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
· Candidate must have ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
