Overview

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Computer Engineering

Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain servers to ensure smooth operations.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Firewall & Security Appliances.
• Handle network installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
• Maintain and manage company databases, ensuring backup and data security.
• Monitor, install, and maintain CCTV systems and ensure proper functioning.
• Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues and user support requests.
• Assist in IT infrastructure planning, implementation, and upgrades.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and user access controls.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of Windows/Linux servers and networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Firewalls, Routers, Switches, and Network Security.
• Knowledge of Database Administration (SQL, MySQL, or similar).
• Familiarity with CCTV surveillance systems and maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide end-user IT support efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
