IT Executive

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of desktops, laptops, servers, networks, and related IT equipment, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop & laptop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Manage and maintain servers (Windows/Linux), ensuring regular updates, security, and backups.
• Monitor and support network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems.
• Provide end-user IT support (hardware, software, connectivity, printers, email, etc.).
• Manage installation and licensing of software applications.
• Perform system security checks, data backups, and recovery processes.
• Ensure proper documentation of IT assets, service logs, and network configurations.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, repair, and maintenance.
• Implement best practices for IT policies, security, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / related field (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience in desktop/laptop hardware & software support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux servers.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, switches, routers).
• Experience with CCTV systems setup and maintenance.
• Familiarity with data security, antivirus, and backup solutions.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
