Overview
IT Executive Job Summary:
The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the hotel’s technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of IT systems, software, and networks. This role involves maintaining property management systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, guest internet services, and ensuring data security, while providing timely technical support to all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain hotel IT infrastructure including servers, computers, printers, switches, routers, Wi-Fi systems, Bio Metrics
Ensure smooth functioning of Property Management System (IDS) and Point-of-Sale (POS) applications.
Provide technical support to hotel staff across all departments for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Monitor and maintain backup procedures for critical data including all Mail ID’s, Calling Data Records via CUG sims and Devices.
Manage email systems and ensure secure communication channels.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Ensure IT security protocols are in place, including firewall configurations, antivirus updates, and access controls.
Liaise with vendors for IT equipment procurement, installation, and servicing.
Conduct preventive maintenance and regular system upgrades to avoid downtime.
Support integration of smart hotel technologies, online booking systems, and guest service applications.
Train hotel staff on IT processes, system usage, and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain documentation of IT assets, licenses, and system configurations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
