IT Executive

Overview

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Executive – IT to manage and support our IT systems, ERP platforms, and digital infrastructure. You will ensure smooth operations, data security, network reliability, and compliance while enabling continuous improvement and providing user support across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

· Manage ERP systems: customization, bug fixes, SOPs, and training staff for smooth adoption

· Oversee databases, backups, and data security practices

· Maintain servers, networks, and plant-wide connectivity

· Administer hardware & IT systems: desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, PBX, intercoms

· Monitor software, licenses, and security updates

· Manage CCTV & security systems to ensure continuous operation

· Support website & digital platforms for branding and communication

· Ensure IT compliance, documentation, budgeting, and vendor coordination

· Contribute to IT audits, ISO compliance, and process improvements

· Provide first-level support and escalate issues efficiently

Who We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

· 2–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, ERP support, or system administration

· Proficiency in ERP systems, network management, cyber security, and IT compliance

· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and manage plant-wide IT systems

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
