Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely technical support to employees.
Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and other applications.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper tagging and record keeping.
Set up new users' accounts, email IDs, and access permissions as per company policy.
Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair or replacement.
Provide support for network connectivity and basic LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Assist in setting up projectors, video conferencing systems, and printers.
Maintain system documentation and update logs of IT support activities.
1–3 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and basic networking.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
