Overview

Expertise managing IT Infrastructure (Desktop/Laptop/Printer/Network Support to all users (Software & Hardware) Repair &

Maintenance.

2. Prime Responsibilities

 Installation and configuration of Windows based operating systems (Windows 10/11 Pro, Mac OS)

 Ensures networks, workstations, operating systems and software applications are operations; ensures hardware and

software is patched and/or updated; ensure regular updating of Anti-Virus Definition on Server and Clients

desktops/laptops; Outlook and O365 configuration

 Desktop/Laptop/Printer Support to all users (Software & Hardware) Repair & Maintenance

 To provide prompt technical support to end users.

 Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems. Daily monitoring the performance of information technology

systems/security systems

 Completing all the above in the required TAT by maintaining the tracker and finishing the daily task before ending the day.

 Responding to user’s emails, vendor mails. Coordination with the vendors for IT Hardware's (HDD, RAM, Connectors,

Toner etc.) as per user's requirement.

 Installing Printers over network or sharing the locally installed printer to other users.

 Configuring & troubleshooting of Printer, Scanner & LAN related issues reported by users.

 Installation and configuration of SAP Gui Client, VPN and other basic software. Account unlock & Password resetting to

end users from Active directory.

 Good experience in configuring & troubleshooting of MS Office (Any version).

 Remotely resolving application problems and mail configurations through TeamViewer, Any desk, VNC, Remote desktop

connection, Zoom, MS-Teams

 Firewall: Have Sufficient knowledge of Firewalls/adding rules on firewalls. Managing Hardware Firewall.

 Creating & Restoring backup, NAT Policies, Creating the VPN Id's, Website blocking policies, Port forwarding Etc.

 Networking: Have ability to troubleshoot network issue on the Router Level. Configuration of Router, WiFi, Switches,

CCTV Camera & NVR.

 Responsible for installing, configuring, and managing Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems within company.

Familiarity on the following Areas:

 Knowledge on LAN/WAN and Access Points.

 Support the following technologies: MS-Windows/ Office software etc.

 File server management

 Antivirus Server Management.

 IT Asset tracking and update / Vendor management

 IT Asset inventory management

 Asset dispatch and tracking

 Asset MIS & Reports

3. Education and Experience

B. Tech, BCA, B.Sc.(IT) with minimum 4 years.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
