IT Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled IT Executive to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems, and support various technology-related operations. The role requires expertise in server management, Linux administration, CCTV systems, biometric systems, and a basic understanding of DevOps processes.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain on-premise and cloud servers, monitor server health, and ensure uptime and security.
• Linux Administration: Manage Linux-based servers, perform updates, patch management, and troubleshoot server issues.
• CCTV Setup & Maintenance: Install and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, ensure proper functioning, and troubleshoot issues.
• Biometric Systems: Maintain and troubleshoot biometric attendance systems and access controls.
• DevOps Support: Basic understanding and support of DevOps tools and processes (CI/CD pipelines, version control, automation scripts).
• IT Support: Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
• Networking: Support basic LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity troubleshooting.
• IT Asset Management: Maintain IT inventory, manage procurement, and ensure proper documentation.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure IT security policies are followed and assist in implementing cybersecurity measures.
• Perform other IT-related responsibilities as required by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in server management and Linux administration
• Knowledge of CCTV and biometric systems
• Basic understanding of DevOps tools & processes
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of networking, hardware, and software support
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Certifications in Linux, networking, or DevOps basics
• Experience in managing both on-premise and cloud infrastructure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
