Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Management

• Maintain and monitor showroom computers, servers, printers, and network systems.
• Ensure smooth functioning of LAN, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and system security.
• Install and update software, antivirus, and operating systems.

2. DMS & Automotive Software Support

• Manage and support Dealer Management System (DMS) used for vehicle sales, billing, and service operations.
• Provide technical support to sales consultants, service advisors, and accounts team for system-related issues.

3. Sales Department IT Support

• Ensure smooth functioning of vehicle booking, quotation, invoicing, and stock management systems.
• Maintain customer database and CRM systems used by the sales team.
• Generate sales reports, booking reports, and MIS reports.

4. Service Department IT Support

• Support service job card entry, service history records, and spare parts billing systems.
• Maintain service scheduling and workshop management software.
• Assist service advisors in resolving system or billing errors.

5. Hardware & System Maintenance

• Troubleshoot and repair desktop systems, printers, scanners, and network devices.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for major repairs or upgrades.

6. Data Management & Backup

• Maintain daily system backups and data security.
• Ensure proper storage of customer, sales, and service data.

7. CCTV & Security Systems

• Monitor and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and access control systems in the showroom and workshop.

8. Technical Support & User Training

• Provide technical assistance to showroom staff.
• Train employees on new software updates and IT systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
