The Role
We are looking for an Associate – Technology Operations who combines technical understanding with a proactive approach to operational support. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of technology operations by providing timely assistance, monitoring systems, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting day-to-day technical processes efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain day-to-day IT and technology operations.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and business applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, connectivity, and user-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and system maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues when required.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, user accounts, and access permissions.
- Ensure regular system updates, backups, and security compliance.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
- Maintain documentation of incidents, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Assist in implementing and improving IT processes and operational workflows.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure and communication systems.
- Coordinate with schools to collect, verify, and process required documents for account activation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all submitted details.
- Liaise with the service provider for document submission, activation follow-ups, status updates, and resolution of onboarding or documentation-related issues.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience: Prior experience in IT/ customer support or a similar role
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Language Skills: Fluent in English & Hindi
- Technical Knowledge: Basic technical knowledge of IT products and services
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Tool Familiarity: Familiarity with customer support tools and systems
