IT Executive (Software)

Overview

• Responsible for managing the hotel's IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, software, and hardware.
• Manage and maintain hotel management systems, including property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS) systems, and any other hotel software applications preferably hot soft.
• Knowledge about EPABX and Cable TV Wifi system
• Implement technology solutions to enhance guest experience, such as mobile check-in, digital signage, and high-speed internet access.
• Ensure network security and data protection, including compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to hotel staff and guests.
• Develop and implement IT strategies and budgets to align with hotel business objectives.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
