Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and efficiently handle day-to-day IT tasks. The candidate should be proficient in providing technical support and managing various IT systems and applications.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users for desktop hardware and software-related issues.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 support, including applications such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
Microsoft User Administration.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals, including printers and scanners.
Respond to and diagnose technical issues in person as well as through phone, email etc.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both in person and remotely.
Maintain and update all IT assets inventory.
Respond to tickets immediately and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Strictly adhere to all confidentiality protocols.
Support in any other IT tasks and follow directions from the IT team lead/manager via any mode.
Additional Responsibilities:
Onboard new employees, install their workstations, and enroll the workstations into Intune.
Manage network devices, including Omada routers and switches (Omada and Cisco).
Administer DNS solutions and unblock URLs as needed.
Manage network storage solutions.
Reset laptops with proper drivers when necessary.
Perform RingCentral administration tasks.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and support.
Good Understanding of Security Best Practices.
Experience with network devices and configurations.
Familiarity with Microsoft user and device management.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Exceptional understanding of core concepts required for the role.
Strong organizational skills and absolute attention to detail.
Certifications Required: CCNA or CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Professional Certificate or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
