Join our fast-paced team as an IT helpdesk executive, handling technical support for US customers. You'll address queries related to system software, peripherals, email configurations, and networking issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries through calls and chat.
2. Diagnose and resolve issues in MS Office, Outlook, printers, smart speakers, etc.
3. Guide users through step-by-step solutions.
4. Maintain a customer-focused approach with timely resolutions.
