Overview
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Ticket Management: Track and manage support tickets using a ticketing system, ensuring all issues are documented and resolved.
- User Assistance: Assist users with setting up and configuring IT equipment, including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, backups, and system monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency with common operating systems and software applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
