What skills and experience will you need for this role?

• Experience as an employee as help desk engineer
• Experience in Active Directory – nice to have
• Knowledge of MS Windows 10, general awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and Network Management.
• Excellent communication skills, politeness
• High level of English verbal/writing skills is obligated
• Flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts

• University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or similar
