We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented IT Helpdesk Support Intern professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues remotely.
- Install, configure, and maintain basic computer systems and applications through remote management tools.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365.
- Basic knowledge of servers, networks, and security systems.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux and macOS operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of Office 365 administration and cloud computing.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Ability to use remote support tools effectively.
