IT Infrastructure Analyst

Job Description:

Join our IT Infrastructure Analysis team to help identify, map, and optimize our IT landscape. You’ll work with data from various metadata sources and map the products and costs, improve infrastructure visibility, and support smarter decisions. Collaboration with IT and business teams is key, along with basic data analysis and reporting skills.

Minimum Experience: 2-5 years of IT Infrastructure & Business Analysis related experience.

Preferred Qualification: Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in scripting languages to automate the data and experience with Analytics tools for visualization in reporting.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a framework to associate assets with Digital services/employees and work locations globally.
2. Maintain a comprehensive inventory of infrastructure assets by mapping with Digital Services across the organization.
3. Integrate cost tracking mechanisms for financial transparency and budget forecasting.
4. Work with APIs to integrate data and write custom scripts for automating asset tracking and reporting.
5. Develop and maintain automated reporting and dashboards for real-time asset insights.
6. Collaborate with Product owner & Domain PM to understand business goals and translate them into visualized self-explanatory user interface.

Skillset:

1. SQL, Redshift, Denodo knowledge is required
2. Strong knowledge of API usage & integration with diverse environments.
3. Proficient in Power BI or other analytics tools for visualization and reporting.
4. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
5. Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment.
6. Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
