We are looking for a skilled and dedicated IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the client's IT infrastructure. This role will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, security, and scalability of our systems, networks, servers, and other IT services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance infrastructure-related initiatives.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the client's IT infrastructure. This role will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, security, and scalability of our systems, networks, servers, and other IT services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance infrastructure-related initiatives.
Requirements
- Network & Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain servers (physical and virtual), network devices, storage solutions, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Infrastructure Monitoring: Continuously monitor the health and performance of infrastructure components and respond to alerts and issues to minimize downtime.
- System Administration: Administer and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, databases, and network components.
- Disaster Recovery & Backup: Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Security Implementation: Ensure the infrastructure complies with industry standards and best practices for security; implement firewalls, encryption, and access control mechanisms.
- Collaboration: Work with DevOps, network engineers, and other IT teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.
- Capacity Planning & Scaling: Analyze current infrastructure usage and predict future growth, making recommendations for hardware upgrades or cloud scaling.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide tier 3 support for infrastructure issues and collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for network configurations, system setup, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
