Job Title: IT Manager Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and team to ensure seamless technology operations. This role involves managing IT projects, optimizing IT resources, and aligning technology strategies with business goals. The IT Manager will troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and security.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Operations:

• Oversee the maintenance and scalability of IT systems (networks, servers, cloud services, hardware, and software).

• Manage IT vendors, contracts, and procurement of technology solutions.

Training & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT support and operations team.

• Provide technical guidance and training to staff on new systems and protocols.

Strategic Planning & Innovation:

• Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategy with business objectives.

• Research and recommend new technologies to improve productivity and cost efficiency.

• Manage IT budgets, forecasting, and cost-control measures.

Project Management:

• Lead IT projects (e.g., system upgrades, migrations, ERP/CRM implementations) on time and within budget.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and management to deliver technology solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).

• Experience: 5+ years in IT management, with expertise in network administration.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in enterprise systems (Windows/Linux servers, Azure/AWS, VMware), firewalls, and IT service management (ITSM) tools.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
