Overview
Position Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology initiatives, infrastructure, and innovation efforts. As the head of the technology division for a U.S.-focused healthcare BPO, the CTO will architect solutions that meet stringent compliance, security, and operational requirements, while aligning with business objectives and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technology Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute a robust IT roadmap aligned with business growth and U.S. healthcare trends.
- Drive innovation using emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and cloud-native solutions.
- Act as a key strategic advisor on digital transformation and platform modernization.
2. Security & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure end-to-end HIPAA and HITECH compliance.
- Implement ISO 27001-certified information security practices.
- Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery frameworks with regular audits.
3. Infrastructure & Vendor Management
- Oversee critical IT infrastructure for 24/7 global operations.
- Manage vendor relations, including EHR integration and secure data exchange platforms (HL7, FHIR).
- Evaluate and onboard tools and systems that align with client interoperability standards.
4. Team Management & Development
- Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional IT team across development, security, and operations.
- Establish technical SOPs, foster a compliance-first culture, and encourage upskilling in healthcare technologies.
- Drive a performance-driven, agile working environment.
Qualifications & Certifications:
- Education:Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT (Master’s or MBA preferred). Healthcare IT specialization is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in technology leadership roles. Prior experience in U.S. healthcare tech or BPO industry is essential.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Project Management: PMP
- Security: CISSP, CISM
Healthcare IT: CPHIMS, CHTS, familiarity with HITRUST CSF
Domain Expertise Required:
- HIPAA, HITECH, Omnibus Rule: Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare regulations.
- Healthcare Interoperability: HL7, FHIR, DICOM, EDI X12 standards (837/835).
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM): Technical enablement of end-to-end billing processes.
- Offshore Delivery Expertise: Best practices in data handling, secure access (VPN/VDI), and client collaboration across time zones.

Pay: ₹23,491.74 - ₹113,925.01 per month
