IT Manager

Overview

1. Oversee IT systems: Manage and maintain hotel's computer systems, networks, and software applications.

2. Data management: Ensure accurate and secure data processing, storage, and retrieval.

3. System integration: Coordinate integration of various hotel systems, such as PMS (Property Management System), POS (Point of Sale), and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

4. Technical support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to hotel staff.

5. Network security: Implement and maintain network security measures to protect hotel data.

6. System upgrades: Plan and implement system upgrades, patches, and updates.

7. Staff training: Train hotel staff on IT systems and applications.

8. Reporting and analytics: Generate reports and analyze data to support hotel decision-making.

9. Vendor management: Liaise with IT vendors and manage contracts.

10. Compliance: Ensure IT systems comply with hotel policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,803.66 - ₹25,621.97 per month
