We are looking for a IT Manager for our company

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 3+ years of experience(preferably in manufacturing)

Job Description:

1. IT Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT hardware (servers, computers, printers, scanners, etc.)
• Ensure uninterrupted network and internet connectivity across departments and units.
• Manage data backup systems, firewalls, antivirus, and cybersecurity protocols.

2. ERP and Software Support:

• Administer and support ERP systems used in production, inventory, HR, and finance (e.g., SAP, Infor, customized ERPs).
• Coordinate with software vendors for troubleshooting, customizations, and upgrades.
• Train end-users on system functionalities and generate periodic MIS reports.

3. Automation and Integration:

• Support digitization of production processes like cutting, sewing, printing, and packing.
• Integrate barcode, RFID, and biometric systems with ERP and payroll software.

4. Compliance and Security:

• Implement data protection measures aligned with industry best practices.
• Conduct periodic audits and ensure compliance with IT policies and statutory guidelines.

5. Vendor & AMC Management:

• Coordinate with IT service providers for AMC, hardware procurement, and system upgrades.
• Review service level agreements and negotiate contracts as needed.
