IT Manager

Overview

We require an experienced and trustworthy IT Manager to oversee our expanding retail firm's technology framework. This position is pivotal to guarantee the IT functions integration across the head office and the retail branches in Bettiah, Motihari, and Muzaffarpur, as well as in future growth areas. We expect you to oversee the branch-wide, and centrally managed, backend servers, networks, firewalls, point-of-sale terminals, user devices, and digital communications systems.

The IT Manager works in collaboration with the department heads and closely with the leadership on secure, efficient, and scalable IT systems to be deployed across the company. This position blends problem-solving with future-oriented planning for systems update, data security, and operational continuity. You will lead the IT works for new store openings, interfacing with the vendors to ensure compliance to company-wide standardization.

This position is waiting for an analytical, self-driven go-getter. In addition to managing outsourced technicians and IT support teams, you will be able to tackle daily IT issues and devise long-term strategies.
