IT Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily IT operations, including network infrastructure, servers, databases, hardware, and software systems.
• Lead the IT team in the design, development, implementation, and support of technology systems.
• Manage IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and deployments, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and support business growth.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for software, hardware, and services.
• Monitor IT performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
• Provide technical support and training to users across the organization.
• Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and security standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
