JOB DESCRIPTION

The Operations and IT Manager will oversee and optimize day-to-day operational workflows and manage the organization's technology infrastructure. This role will be crucial in supporting our expansion eff orts and enhancing our brand presence in new markets.

● Operations Management: Streamline workfl ows and maintain SOPs to ensure operational effi ciency and scalability across e-commerce platforms.

● Technology Strategy:Partner with leadership to assess tech needs, drive digital transformation, and implement strategic IT initiatives.

● Systems Administration: Manage business-critical systems (CRM, ERP, EMR, POS, e-commerce, booking tools), user access, and onboarding/off boarding processes.

● IT Infrastructure: Maintain servers, networks, and hardware. Troubleshoot issues and support staff with IT training and technical guidance.

● Shopify & Website: Oversee Shopify operations, site updates, product listings, and front-end enhancements in collaboration with developers/designers.

● Channel & Booking Management: Manage integrations with platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Agoda to ensure accurate availability, pricing, and seamless user experience.

● Analytics & Strategy: Analyze traffi c, conversion, and sales data to optimize performance. Conduct market research to inform expansion and improve customer experience.

PROFILE

● Experience: Minimum of 3 years in E-commerce, IT management, or a related fi eld. Experience with hotel PMS systems, channel managers, POS systems, and their integration with inventory and accounting software is strongly preferred.

● Industry: Preferred background in IT and operations, particularly within the beauty or hospitality sectors. Experience in luxury environments is a plus.

● Skills: Profi cient in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Zenoti, Salesforce) and Shopify, with basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, Liquid). Familiar with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, GDPR, and device management. Skilled in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Excel. PMP, ITIL, and Six Sigma certifi ed with strong project management, analytical, and data-driven decision-making abilities.

●_ Education:_ Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related fi eld.

LOCATION: Pune (Opposite Conrad Hotel), Full Time, 10:00 am-7:00 pm

REMUNERATION: Starting annual package: ₹4.80 - ₹7.00 lakhs (in hand, pre-bonus), negotiable based on experience.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
