Work Model: 5 days WFO
Key Skills: PL/SQL, Application Support, SQL & Unix/Linux .
Job Role:
Investigation of incidents, change request (Small Enhancement), monitoring of servers & all payment services dashboard. Initial analysis of tickets in the queue. Communication & publishing of reports with customers, understanding of compliance procedures and regulations.
Roles and responsibilities details
Contribute in the definition of Production procedures to ensure service performance
- Study and analyse payment operating platform like UNIX, SQL
- Understand & implement the business recovery plan (PRA)
- Define and implement of Production procedures
- Ensure release implementation and postproduction support
- Assist in developing small enhancements and features for existing applications.
- Contribute to the analysis of vulnerability constraints of the production system.
Contribute in customer support to meet availability and reliability commitments
- Participate in handling and processing of requests and incidents related to Production
- Understand and define clearly prerequisites for production system.
- Discuss, understand and define the small enhancements based on customer requirements.
- Effective communication and daily/weekly meetings with customers (e.g. Steering Committee, Production Committee, etc.)
- Execute and publish multiple production reports to the stakeholders
- Participate in creating and maintaining action plans for existing as well as new services.
- Participate in the definition of servicing tasks: alarms, scheduling, backups and planning batches.
- Work closely with IT operations team and identify opportunities of automation to ensure elimination of recurring issues in production.
Contribute in defining support procedures to fix issues detected during processing
- Participate in technical support for users (2nd and 3rd levels)
- Participate in analysis, diagnosis and resolution for the incidents.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide guidance to users.
- Ensure intervention in the event of an incident occurring outside working hours
- To guide and educate operation engineer I for incidents, communication, new procedures for effective tasks.
