Overview

        Role- IT Operations Lead
        Exp - 10 to 15 years
        Location- Pune
        Domain -Cards and Payments
        Work model - 5 days’ work from office.

 As an IT Operations Lead you shall be responsible to ensure the technical operation of RUN IT Electronic Payment resources, the recommendation and implementation of methodological and technical solutions to optimize and guarantee the smooth running of RUN IT operations; and this, while ensuring compliance with processes and regulations.    

                                                                    
    Roles and Responsibilities-  

                                                                  
    1.    Ensure the management of RUN IT operations with the aim of guaranteeing service performance                                                                    
        Contribute to determining requirements for new projects and defining work schedules for the team                                                                    
        Ensure the drafting of progress reports and presentations to relevant stakeholders                                                                    
        Ensure the identification of risks and the development of emergency plans as soon as possible                                                                    
        Ensure the definition of procedures and the dissemination of production instructions to be respected within the team                                                                    
        Ensure the delegation of tasks and achieve daily, weekly and monthly objectives.                                                                    
        Ensure the implementation of KPIs to monitor the resource occupancy rate
                                                            
     2.    Ensure the proper functioning of RUN IT resources in order to guarantee their reliability                                                                    
        Contribute to the definition of monitoring systems                                                                    
        Contribute to the industrialization of Batch and participation in the definition of the business recovery plan                                                                    
        Contribute to the monitoring of operating incidents, by analysing the causes and taking the associated corrective measures                                                                    
        Contribute to the implementation of a monitoring console                                                                    
        Contribute to the writing of progress reports and presentations to relevant stakeholders                                                                    
        Contribute to the analysis of existing operations and the organization of training sessions and improvement meetings      

                                                              
    3.    Contribute to the distribution of team support activities with the aim of providing relevant resolution of anomalies                                                                    
        Ensure the provision of technical support to users (2nd and 3rd levels).                                                                    
        Contribute to the implementation of SLA levels for request processing                                                                    
        Contribute to updating work schedules with an on-call system                                                                        
        Contribute to technical documentation and its updating  

                                                                 
    4.    Manage your team with the aim of improving collective performance                                                                    
        Provide supervision and support to team members                                                                    
        Ensure the development and continuous assessment of the skills of team members 

                                                                   
    5.    Ensure shift work or on-call duty    

                                                                
    6.    Suggest improvement opportunities  

                                                                  
    7.    Ensure reconciliation validation of payment transactions
