About the Role

We're on the lookout for a Product Manager with deep domain expertise in manufacturing operations, enterprise automation, and AI-powered ERP/CRM solutions. If you’ve led end-to-end digital transformation journeys in industrial environments and thrive at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, and innovation — we want to hear from you.

This is a high-impact role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, user-centric product design, technical fluency, and a passion for leveraging AI and data-driven technologies to transform complex workflows into scalable, intelligent systems.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the product vision, roadmap, and execution for next-gen ERP and CRM platforms tailored to the manufacturing sector.
• Drive process digitization and intelligent automation across the full value chain: supply chain, production, inventory, sales, logistics, and customer lifecycle.
• Partner closely with engineering, AI/ML, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless and scalable enterprise-grade solutions.
• Embed AI/ML capabilities for predictive analytics, smart workflows, and real-time insights.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure the product is built on a modern, extensible, cloud-native architecture.
• Define OKRs and product success metrics aligned with business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Champion agile product development and foster a high-performing, cross-functional team culture.
• Stay ahead of emerging tech, industry standards, and competitive landscape in ERP, CRM, and manufacturing systems.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven experience in building ERP and CRM platforms for manufacturing, with a strong understanding of operational workflows.
• Experience in leading digital transformation and automation initiatives at scale.
• Strong grasp of AI/ML applications in enterprise products, such as predictive maintenance, smart forecasting, and intelligent decision-making.
• Solid understanding of enterprise software architecture, integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional product teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent storytelling, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) is a strong plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
